We process every order within 1–3 business days. After your package ships, delivery takes about 4–10 business days, depending on your country or region. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Yes, we ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU and most other countries. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. Any taxes we collect are shown at checkout; other import charges are set by your local customs authority and are not covered by us.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

Not yet. We're working with our suppliers to cut down on packaging. For now your order arrives in recyclable plastic, so please recycle it when you can.

Use your Arm Loop 10 minutes a day for 30 days. If you don't see and feel a difference in your arms, contact us and we'll refund you.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery (based on your tracking information). Items need to be new, unopened and in their original condition and packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Always email us first before sending anything back, and never send items to the manufacturer. For orders over €75, please use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance.

Return shipping is paid by you and is not refundable; it will be deducted from your refund. Damaged or incomplete items not caused by us, or returns after 30 days, may only get a partial refund.

We'll email you when we receive your return, and again to let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original card or payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need another 2–4 business days to show it. Still don't see it? Contact us and we'll send you an authorization number to give to your bank.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the other payment options you see at checkout. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and international cards work in any currency.

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your full card details.
