Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery takes approximately 4–10 business days, depending on your country or region. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays or customs.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Available countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Customs and import fees

Some orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local customs office. These charges are separate from our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Track your package any time on our Track your order page using the tracking number in your shipping email.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email support@moveboo.com with your order number and we'll help.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it before your order ships.
